1. Position: R&D Engineer. (Senai, Johor Technology Park)

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree holder in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechatronic/ Telecommunication Engineering
• Familiar with CAD / CAM software such as Protel, Autocad and etc.
• Fresh graduates may also apply
• Only for very self confident person
• Posses good development and project management skills in handling product development from concept, design to production
• Applicants must be willing to work in Senai.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
• Preferably junior executives specializing in R&D Engineering, Product testing, & software/ firmware development - Electronics/Communication or equivalent.
• Knowledge in microcontroller, microprocessor and digital system
• Full-Time positions available

Able to work independently with minimum supervision, results oriented and schedule conscious

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Designs and develops new products and product improvements.
• Evaluate, analyzes and makes recommendations on products, designs and cost improvements to improve the competitive position of the company.
• Procures materials needed to construct prototypes and supervises the design engineering of new models.
• Plans and develops test programs for prototypes.
• Analyzes test data and reports to determine if designs meet functional and performance specifications.
• Analyzes, evaluates, sources and coordinates the procurement of new materials to support model changes.
• Analyzes, evaluates and recommends cost improvement ideas through product, vendor and design changes.
• Performs technical analysis of competitive products.
• Provides support to sales and marketing on product presentations and customer support.
• Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering and design.
